So the other day the kids were outside playing while I fixed supper and apparently Ruby-Jean was hungry. I have no idea as to what possessed her to eat mud but she did. I laughed my butt off when she informed me that dirt tastes yucky.
Oh my goodness, Sheryl! I absolutely love this kid! She so reminds me of a certain 16 year old. Thanks for coming on Saturday. I'll try and email those pics tomorrow.
Thank you to all who are still following my blog. Stay tuned. I am in the process of getting back into blogging. So much has happened over the last 2 years. I have a new scraproom to reveal and several projects in the works. :) Let me know if there are any tutorials or craft projects you would like to see.
Our little Ruby-Jean loves attention and having her picture taken. I had finished putting some laundry away and she had disappeared with the basket the next thing I knew Ray was hauling her upstairs asking if I had ordered any "Dirty Laundry". I said no but I did need a "Cutie Pie" with a belly button.
I received some exciting news last night....I will share the news soon so stay tuned. ;) While you are waiting here's a LO for you to enjoy. Wolfgang loves anything to do with the Military. Last year at the Family Expo there was a huge Military display. The soldiers who were working that day were fantastic. The had rifles the kids could handle and aim, a night vision obstacle course and the helmet and vest for the kids to try on. Man was that vest heavy. Wolf was so proud and excited to try them on. This is a simple no frills LO several of the circles are pop dotted for dimension as well as a little stitching just for texture. I used the Tim Holtz craft scratcher to scratch out the busy background of the photo. I sanded the edges of my circles and journal strips and it was a page complete.
