I created this Layout to celebrate my 15th Wedding Anniversary. I can not believe how quickly time has flown. It really does seem like just yesterday we said "I do". What changes have occurred in the last 15 years???? Well  our hair has gotten shorter and grayer, we've finally let go of the 80's though that decade will always live on in our hearts. We're the parents to 4 pretty awesome kids...maybe that's what's contributing to our gray hairs. LOL. We've lived and laughed a lot over the last 15 years some years were harder than others but we always made it through. I am so lucky to have this man in my life and I am proud to call him my husband. journalling reads: 15 years have passed since this photo was taken. I can't believe how fast time has gone by. We are still crazy in love and having a blast living this crazy life together.

I finally finished my Birthday album from last year. It was birthday # 36. I've been celebrating my birthday the last couple of years with my friends. We gather at JSI and scrap and party the night away. I'm sure we are loud and probably annoy the other scrappers but we just can't help ourselves. So here it is in all it's glory. Paper, inks, stamps, Glimmer Mist, vintage ribbon, bath sponge, vintage sewing pattern, a multitude of Tim Holtz  items etc. I only showed 1 view of the tags so the blog post didn't get too long. Sorry about the shadowy pictures...I really need to stop photographing everything at night. :) With my next birthday just a few weeks away I guess I had better start planning the next party.

The journaling  on this page was done for a challenge last year. I didn't like the finished LO so I reworked it. I'm happy with this LO. I never posted the other LO to my blog because I wasn't sure anyone would really be interested in a LO that was sad. The challenge was to write your story. To get down and dirty with your feelings/emotions. It was to be honest and thorough. I had never written down my feelings about my parents death. I had never scrapped my feelings about the accident. I wasn't sure I really wanted to even put this in the family album, but life isn't a bed of roses so I went ahead with the challenge and now I am ready to post it to my blog for everyone to see. After doing the challenge I am also more willing and ready to scrap those less then happy moments in our lives. Fourteen years ago I married my best friend. We've grown alot during these past years. The day we got married we had no jobs and no place to live. One week later we ahd a place to live but still no jobs. :) Off we went on our Honeymoon. We'll stress over the job thing when we get back. We have never looked back. We have no regrets. We have loved fiercely, laughed daily and chosen to remain together and work at it. Four children later and we are happier and more in love now than we were then. I couldn't imagine my life with out Ray. We may be complete opposites but I thik that's what keeps it interesting and sometimes frusterating. I look forward to walking down this road together untill we're unable to walk anymore. We'll be hand in hand,finding the humor in whatever life continues to throw at us. Happy Anniversary Ray. I took part in the Just Cre8 online crop last weekend and I will be pasting my LO's from that weekend over the next few days. This was a promt-8 things you didn't know about me.It was a fun LO to do and I love how it turned out. It helps that a Good Friend didn't mind doing a photo shoot at 10 at night or 6:30 the next morning.....stay tuned for those pictures as they will make an apperance. Thanks Dawn !!!

I have been dealing with some leg issues this summer and fall. I have been doing acupuncture for about 2months and I am getting some relief from it. I used a vintage sewing pattern for teh butterfly wings and my journalling tag.

Ok . So I stepped out of my comfort zone. I don't do many pages on white nor do I scrap me. I like how it turned out and I happen to like this picture of me(this is surprising). All in all it was a fun page to do and I have deemed this year to be " all about me! "

This was taken on my birthday in our back yard. I had a great day. The Rose is one of my gifts from my husband and children. There's nothing like Roses and breakfast in bed to make a Mom feel like a Queen on her birthday.
