BIG GIVEAWAY

I am celebrating many things today, 15 000 Visitors, my 3rd Blog Anniversary and my 37th Birthday. (My blog anniversary and my birthday are July 12th and this will be the day that I pick a winner.)It will be a month of fun so make sure you check back often.I have dug out a vintage metal lunch box that I found while out "junking" I am going to fill it with all sorts of goodies. The more comments left the fuller it becomes. The more people who follow me the fuller it becomes. If I reach 50 followers by July 12th I will have a bonus giveaway. :) Please number your comments. I was told there would be great LO's showcasing awesome photos and I was definitely not disappointed!

Love the idea of the old lunch bucket to house the giveaway goodies.

Happy anniversary for your blog, and Happy Birthday to you. I have 4 adult children, and 3 of them were born in July, so it is a month filled with celebration here, too.

I love the picture of Kayne just enjoying the day. I knew I didn't want this layout to have a "little boy" feel to it but I didn't know what direction to go either. I definitely don't mind stepping out of my comfort zone so I tried some of Wilna's paint it mentality. I am not sure yet if I like the layout but I don't hate the results so I guess that is good. I will try painting again on future layouts as I did have fun creating this one. The chipboard letters have crackle paint,perfect pearls ink and glossy accents.

It's Here, It's Finally Here.....

The Fall Issue of Canadian Scrapbooker is out!!!! It's on the shelves....run don't walk to get your copy.  I am so excited to be featured  in the Passport to Creativity!!! What an honour.I freaked to put it mildly when I opened that email. :) :)  These are the 3 LO's that I created for the issue. I stressed over my Bio and felt a little "nerdy" answering my interview questions, but when it's all said and done I am very proud of how it all looks and reads. I want to send a big SHOUT OUT to my friend Karen of KMP Photography for doing my head shots and scraproom photos too. Bird Call was created with Bo Bunny and some vintage goodies. I used my hole punch distress technique to finish it off. I wish I could Freeze Time consists of Graphic 45 and some yummy Tim Holz items. Toes is my last page. It has Basic Grey and my all time favorite photo of 2009. Now who else was is this magazine????? How about checking out my friend Kate ...she was featured in Pas...
